  • Tickets for the Vatican Museums will be delivered by our staff at the meeting point.
  • The ticket includes access to the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and all the rooms within the Vatican Museums.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time indicated.
  • Please note that the ticket does not include access to St. Peter's Basilica and that the Holy See reserves the right to close the Sistine Chapel without prior notice.
  • All visitors must pass through security checks, which are usually completed within a few minutes.
  • A valid ID or passport is mandatory. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to provide the correct names to avoid issues when entering the Vatican Museums.
  • Appropriate dress code is required: shoulders and knees must be covered at all times.
  • Infants up to 5 years old have free entry, but they must be included in the reservation.
  • From January 15th and for a period of 3 months, "The Last Judgment" in the Sistine Chapel will be undergoing restoration and may not be visible.

Accessibility

The Vatican Museums are accessible to wheelchair users. Visitors with a certified disability of over 74% are entitled to a refund of the amount paid at the time of booking; however, it is mandatory to send the disability certificate to Tourismotion at least 72 hours before the visit. Requests sent after this deadline cannot be refunded, as tickets must be issued and paid for in advance.
