How do I book a tour?

Choose the experience, date and number of participants, add it to the cart and complete checkout with the booker's details. You will receive a confirmation email with your voucher.

How do I pay?

By credit or debit card through the secure Redsys circuit: the payment is encrypted and transmitted with an SSL protocol. We do not store card details.

What do I receive after booking?

Accepted Answer

A confirmation email with the booking voucher (also downloadable from your personal area), the meeting point and the instructions for the day of the tour.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Each tour has its own change and cancellation conditions, shown on the product page before purchase and on the voucher. Send your request from your personal area or by writing to info@tourismotion.com: the time of the automatic confirmation email applies.

What if I arrive late or do not show up?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. No-shows, arrivals after the start time or leaving a tour already in progress count as no-show and are not refundable.

What if the tour is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If the tour cannot take place for reasons attributable to the provider, you are offered a free repeat on another day or time, or the part not carried out, according to the Terms and conditions.

Which language are the tours in?

The language of each departure is shown on the tour page and on the voucher; when booking you choose the date and time in the language you prefer among those available.
